New Alexandria Press is pleased to announce that its upcoming book, The Sonnets of William Shakespeare, has passed the proof-review stage, and is currently on its way to the printer.
With notes and commentary by Michigan author and poet Jeffrey Caminsky, the book takes a new and delightful look at the Bard of Avon---noting both his sense of fun and his bawdy sense of humor. Accompanying notes help the reader sort through the unfamiliar Elizabethan language, and bring to life many aspects of the poems that might otherwise pass unnoticed.
The book will be released in both hard- and soft-cover editions, and will be available soon on Amazon and other retail and wholesale outlets.
